Empowerment Initiative

Economic Empowerment, as we understand it, should entail new, creative, diverse strategies for genuine capacitating of designated groups at all levels so as to effectively spread the benefits of transformation. The strategies should include broadened ownership, training, and procurement and self-management opportunities for black people, women and the disabled. It should focus on redressing the historic imbalances in economic ownership and wealth, and in our case skills consolidation.
